Automatically backup SMS, MMS and call log entries using a separate label in Gmail / Google Calendar. It is also possible to restore SMS and call log entries back to the phone (MMS not supported yet).

Remember to enable IMAP in Gmail and set the correct time/zone.

If you get a "You do not have permission to..." error or other problems during the first connect check the website for workarounds.

DROID X/2 users: due to a firmware bug (timezones) incoming messages might not be backed up. Complain to Motorola, don't blame this app!

Please note that auto backup might not work reliably when SMS Backup+ is installed on the SD card. Future version will hopefully fix this, in the meantime please move it back to phone memory if possible.

For those of you worried about app permissions: there is a detailed explanation in the FAQ section of the website.

Super! It works both on SMS and MMS. My new phone is Gallaxy S3 LTE on ICS and my present operator is KT. I just installed this app and it works so fine. Beautifully backed up and sorted in my gmail. By the way, I am trying this app with my old phone is Gallaxy S on Froyo. Since my previous operator was SKT, which didn't follow the standard MMS system 2 years ago. (SKT's dumb strategy then). I don't think MMS's on the old Gallaxy S will be able to get backed up. But, I will try if it works on either SMS or MMS in my old phone, too. Anyway

call log back up 옵티머스 LTE2 에서 잘 사용하고 있었는데 갑자기 Call log만 back up 이 되질 않네요 삭제하고 다시 Install 해봐도 SMS는 잘 되는데 Call log만 bACK UP 이 않되네요 혹시 아시는분

갤럭시 넥서스 젤리빈에서는 통화목록이 restore 안됩니다. Galaxy Nexus jelly beans in the call list will not be restored.Support thank you as soon as possible.
