You must have one of the home replacement apps listed to use theme-themes DO NOT open.  They must be applied through a home replacement app in order to work.

Not all of the home replacement apps apply every element of a theme-PandaHome is the only one that applies all elements of a theme.

I highly recommend checking out CrazyHome by CrazyDude!  His latest release is the absolute best!  It has customization options galore-it also uses icon packs & clock widget packs.
