Zmanim

Location-aware zmanim (Jewish prayer times, Holiday start/end).

Includes:
  * 90+ different zmanim, including GR'A & MG'A-click to select
  * Notification if unable to determine location & help turning on sources
  * Manual selection of location & time zone

Now able to select your location via Menu->Location. Can set by:
  * location name (e.g., "Seattle")
  * zip (e.g., "10021")
  * actual address (e.g., "5217 S. Brandon St, Seattle"
  * specific latitude & longitude

Fixes for not properly acquiring location when "Use My Location" is set.

Can show Zmanim to the second.
